How long will it take for my coffee to ship?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to our international fans in the future.
What is your return policy on coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on bags of coffee. However, if there was an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes! Better Buzz is committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. We work closely with suppliers who prioritize fair trade practices and environmental stewardship to ensure a high-quality product from farm to cup.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you sell gift cards for your online store?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used for any of our online products, including coffee beans, drinkware, and apparel. Please note that online gift cards are separate from our in-store cafe gift cards.
